Friendly salesman, reasonable price. Great service. When I got home (about 4 hours away) I found a small issue with the car. Nick did not hesitate to pay for it to be fixed under warranty at my local garage.

Great service, I spoke with Nick at the start of the year for a car I wanted to get from Pinewood but unfortunately I didn't end up going for it cause I needed a car right then and there and the car I wanted needed a valet which Nick offered would be done for me but due to time restraints I had to leave it... I returned 6 months after to buy a petrol car for local journeys and managed to talk to Nick again, he was super helpful and fixed all the issues I had about the car I wanted to buy. Once we agreed on the purchase I left the car with them for a week so they got everything cleaned and touched up and then picked up the car. They offered a 3 month warranty with the car which was very handy, cause the previous owner of the car must've ruined the handbrake so bad it would barely hold. I took the car back to Pinewood and Nick got the car booked in to a garage and sorted for me within 48 hours. Really couldn't recommend this place enough just based on their service

Uncomplicated & stress free sale of car
Pine Lodge Cars enquired about my car that I had advertised on Auto Trader, the car was for sale only as a result of my company car arriving. Pine Lodge Cars contacted me via phone and were vey professional and easy to talk with. The sale of my car was made so easy and stress free from the initial call through to completion on the same day. Mal was a please to deal with and made the experience as simple as possible, definitely not your average car salesman or ‘we buy any car' type establishment. I cannot fault their service in any way and I would highly recommend them to family and friends who are looking to buy or sell cars in the future. We maybe looking for another car for my husband, so in the first instance will approach Pine Cars given their reputation and approach with my car!
