My interaction with Malcolm and Pine Lodge Cars can only be described as genuine and professional from start to finish. No complaints whatsoever. Very easy process to sell my car to them. No messing around and Malcolm was a great guy. Would whole-heartedly recommend Pine Lodge Cars. They have great stock in too presently. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Nick the Salesman made us welcome after travelling up from Dorset. Showed us around the car and left us alone to have a good look at the car in our own time. Asked if we wanted a test drive and said you can take the car out, drive around, take your time and let him know what we thought of the car. When we decided to purchase the car, his young colleague went straight onto his pc to purchase temporary insurance cover so we could drive the car home. The transaction and paperwork went smoothly. Nick paired the car with my mobile before we left. We mentioned there wasn't an SD card for the Sat Nav system and only one key. Nick said he would sort it out for us and let us know. Within a couple of weeks he had sourced the SD card and spare key. Brilliant service. Couldn't fault the customer service in any way. Well done Pine Lodge Cars.
