Josh was wonderful. He made sure that my 30-day warranty was adhered to and all work fully paid for at a local garage without fault. Really helped to resolve what was a very stressful experience having just bought a car in Shrewsbury and needing it to be repaired as it was showing system faults and warnings and was juddering going into third gear only 2 weeks after buying it when I was back in Scotland.
