Very busy when we arrived but we were seen and told how to view their cars immediately.We test drove the car we liked and were allowed time to think over our new purchase.We saw the car on Saturday and picked it up on the Tuesday.Seamless service.

How a car buying experience should be. Nick was great, the preparation of the car was immaculate and the experience of the team shows. The warranty options are very comprehensive so you can buy with confidence and Nick gives you support on any issues that you have. Driving the car for only 3 weeks but it has been an absolute joy.

Pinelodge Cars - A Pleasure to Deal With
Shortly after placing an advert for the sale of my vehicle on Aurotrader I was contacted by Mal of Pinelodge cars. Mal clearly explained who he was, the company he represented and the purchasing process which he explained in an unhurried and comforting manner. We verbally agreed a price which was subsequently confirmed by email. The email also confirmed the sale process, how the vehicle would be collected and when the balance would be paid into my account. A deposit was provided to secure the sale and remove the advert. Acknowledging my need to have received a replacement vehicle they were very flexible with regard to collection. On the day of collection, I received a confirmatory call and their representative arrived on schedule. I was able to confirm that the payment balance had been deposited in my account prior to the vehicle being taken.
One of the smoothest and stress free transactions I have ever made. I would recommend Mal and Pinewood cars without reservation.
