Un-like dealing with other trader they gave me a really good price, didn't try to knock me down on the agreed price. Collection was done in around 10mins hassle free.

I advertised a car for sale and was contacted by Mal, he was polite and engaging, I was offered a better price than any of the online websites and I could actually speak to a human being. Mal did exactly what he said he would, including paying a small deposit to give me confidence that someone would actually turn up. I was called by the driver an hour prior to arrival and the driver, another polite and decent human being, arrived when he said he would. He checked the vehicle was as I said it was then patiently waited whilst money was transferred to my account.

Mal was very professional and understanding. Despite a couple of hicups with the car needing to go into the garage a day before collection, he handled the delays with courtesy. 10/10, would highly reccomend :)
