Five stars for five star service. This is car sales as it should be done!

What an excellent team, from the moment I stepped out of my car to driving away in my new car. Covid safe and no stress whatsoever. Will defo Be back in a few years time when I upgrade.

Have to tip my hat to Pine Lodge Cars, bought an Audi a3 which in the warranty period had clutch and brake issue, they tried to have it fixed and when that didn't work they paid for an Audi specialist to repair the car. Top drawer customer service. If you want a caring car dealer these are the people to buy from.

bought a Skoda superb from this company in December didn't have loads to spend on a car looked at the Skoda superb they had for 4k and was looked after like it was a 40k car paid a small deposit the car was then driven the 150 mile trip to me and handed over where i then paid the rest of the funds couldn't of asked for any better service i did have a issue with the car where the coolant was disappearing was told by nick to book it into my local mechanics and they would take care of it which they did £450 pounds worth of repair needed and they paid the mechanic over the phone without hesitation my words of advice is go to these guys fantastic level of service not normally known by car garages from buying it to getting it sorted i couldn't of asked for anymore normally the only reviews people do nowadays is bad reviews so it great to be able to say you now have a customer for life thanks pinelodge and thanks nick!!!

What a great car dealer. Absolutely no pressure sales, let us to look around the vehicle on our own, test drive on our own and it even had a decent amount of fuel in it. I live right on the south coast so a long way from these guys, would not normally consider buying a car for so far away. However, the combination of great service and a really good selection of quality cars made me take the chance this time. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Will be looking at your site again when it comes to change this car.

It's now just over 12 months since I bought a car from Pine Lodge Cars.
In that period I haven't had any major issues. One minor breakdown was fixed roadside by the AA, and the bill was reimbursed the next day by Pine Lodge.
The car has recently sailed through its annual MOT with no advisories.
It was a pleasure to buy in a “no pressure” environment from honourable people. Happy to recommend.

I saw a Volvo XC60 on Autotrader at a very fair price, so I visited the Car lot. The staff saw me arrive and allowed me to look at the selection on show without approaching me, which I found refreshing! The car that I initially requested was not on the forecourt as there is a further car park detached from the main lot. The Salesman gave me the keys and allowed me as long as I wanted to check out the car and take it for a drive on my own. Forty five minutes later, I found that the car was perfect and decided to buy it. After negotiation, The salesman offered me a decent px for my Ford Kuga and fueled the Volvo. I was given a month's GAP insurance and a 3 month guarantee. A week on and the Volvo is faultless. I was very happy with the service and selection at Pine Lodge Cars and I would happily use them again. No pressure to buy or pushing financial packages. A strangely relaxing experience. I I recently purchased a porche boxter from pine lodge cars for a very reasonable price after arriving home I got my mechanic to put it through diagnostic test which it passed.there was one minor defect and when I told lee of this his response was excellent he had no issues atall sorting this out for me and more I can honestly recomend buying from lee ferguson and his team 1st rate experience.
