Brought a KIA Sportage from Pine Lodge Cars. Pine lodge is over 100 miles away from where I live so I was unable to see the car before committing to the long drive, but I had a video call with Nick showing me round the hole car taking time to show me absolutely every part of the car and being completely honest about the condition of the car (was top condition not a scratch to be seen!) Through out the hole process of email to see if the car was still available to picking up the car nothing was to much for the guys at Pine Lodge it was refreshing that there was no pushy sales at no point did I feel under pressure or that all they cared about was just selling the car. Great dealer and was well worth the drive!! can not fault them at all.

I think I will struggle to put into words how amazingly helpful Nick at Pine Lodge Cars has been. My interactions from start to finish were second to none. Starting with the in depth website, which included a chat link which connected instantly to a real live person... even at 9 am on a Sunday Morning!
Having had a car purchase fall through I needed a car ASAP so a quick turnaround was vital. Nick ensured my chosen car was valeted, MOT'ed , and ready for pick up on Tuesday. He dealt with the finance company, sorted the tax and even ensured a fresh service was carried out. He was happy to arrange an out of hours collection too... honestly nothing was too much bother for him/them. I have only had the car a day, however he insisted I call if I have any problems or questions at any point in the future.
Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience, which could have been very stressful.... and super happy with my new car !

Great service from Lee, Tom and the team at Pine Lodge Cars - I was actually selling my car as opposed to buying one, but they offered me a great price and the transaction was smooth and painless!! I decided to take my car to Pine Lodge as opposed to using one of the online traders, as I wanted to encourage our local businesses and make sure the proceeds are invested into the community, as opposed to the faceless corporates that we seem to be faced with nowadays. Lee and the team offer great service, great value and they're a brilliant local business - I'd definitely recommend them!

My son bought a Volvo and he is over the moon with the price the way he was treated and all in all ime 64 when I retire in 2 years pine lodge expect a visit I will definitely go there 100%
