I sold my Renault Clio to this garage. What a pleasure to do business with. It is so too easy to be dubious when things seem “too good to be true” the story goes…

I had advertised my car on a well known online website and received a call less than 2 hours after the advert was placed. It was Malcolm from PineLodge Cars. He had seen my advert and photos and was very interested, therefore transferred a deposit to my online bank account.

We agreed that I was to take the car down (a journey of 40 miles) the car would be inspected, then paid for. That's exactly what happened. Lee the owner of the business transferred the balance and I watched it go in on my online banking.

As said previously, when things are too good to be true they often fail. This experience is an exception to the rule. I am sure if you choose to buy or sell a car from here you will be treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.

Incidentally you may be wondering how I got home? Lee's dad gave me a lift back, a very polite man who let me do most of the talking en route home. Five star people!

A honest company, who conducted themselves very professionally whilst buying my car from me. Mal in particular was a pleasure to work with.

Just a brilliant company
A really genuine, honest and fair car dealership can sometimes feel hard to find however these guys were exactly that. I got a fantastic car with fantastic service what else could I want!?

Malcom and the team were lovely to deal with. Collected the car and paid the agreed amount that I was told over the phone. No messing about and collected next day.

Have just purchased a great car from pine Lodge cars,on the way to collect car we took a wrong turn and had to phone for directions they were very helpful in getting us back on the right track,and once there Collection was very straightforward would use again.

I've recently purchased a car from Pine Lodge Cars. It's was genuinely the easiest car purchase I have ever had. After placing a deposit, the dealership was very accommodating around my schedule. I travelled by train and dealership kindly collected me from the train station. The car was exactly as described and the photos were very accurate. The dealership was so prepared that it only took 30 minutes from me saying "yes" to me walking out with a receipt and a set of keys. They assisted in taxing the vehicle and let me use their WiFi to arrange insurance before I drove away. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would consider using them in the future.

Excellent service, very polite and friendly staff. Took my girlfriend on a test drive as she was nervous getting her new car. Nothing was to much for them.
