Excellent Service selling my car
Malcolm & Lee came to visit my home today after Malcolm noticed my car for sale on Autotrader yesterday. The initial approach is always a tad nerve wrecking when you are selling a car, but Malcolm really put me at ease, not pushy, understanding and gave me a price suitable to what I was looking for. The day of pick up, both of the guys from Pinewood explained a customer was looking for the exact C Class and had a quick check around my car, quick call to Lee's bank and the money was in the account. All in less than 10 mins, just wish it wasn't the Covid times as they would of been welcome to have a brew in the house. Such lovely people and I'm happy they will be achieving a little profit on the car after a little valet, bit of TLC and it's brand new and ready to go. Absolutely don't be put off when a dealer calls you when you are advertising your car, these are good guys!!! Thank you for coming to pick up the car today.

Lee was helpful from the very beginning of our experience. Quickly returning phone calls & answering our questions. Super friendly and we came away with a lovely new car! It's our 2nd car from pine lodge & both times we've had top customer service! They really go above & beyond! Thanks again! 😊

Mal offered a good price to buy my car from me at midday and by 4pm had driven over with Lee to buy it from me. Paperwork very quickly done, no hassle or pressure.

Any question, query, call, can I view the car, they bent over backwards to help. This has been the best experience I have had when it comes to buying a car. Me and my partner were looking for a bigger car for our growing family and found a lovely Nissan Note on auto trader. I contacted Pine Lodge to arrange a viewing and spoke with a gentleman called Nick. We live around 2 hours away by train and Nick offered to pick us up from the station when we arrived and even agreed to stay late to accommodate us. When we got there the car was in great condition, exactly the right size we needed and the paperwork was all really quick and easy. Nick was a great salesman and just a genuinely nice person who helped us find exactly what we was looking for. Would highly recommend this company!
