Absolutely faultless and friendly service from here. It's the first car I've had to sell in some time due to having company cars for so long before this one and there seems to be so many sharks and unprofessional people around. Malcolm was credible, direct with a fair price did everything he said he would do. Glad i took the call, faultless start to finish. The dealership is a long way from where I live but all worries around that put to bed. Highly recommend to somebody looking to sell quickly and effortlessly.

I can't fault my experience with pine lodge cars. I sold my car on auto trader so our initial conversation was over the phone, and any further communication was via phone or email. I dealt with Malcolm who ensured I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout. He understood that it can sometimes be risky dealing with people online, so immediately sent me over his website and emailed me from the company email so I knew he was from a legit company. We arranged a day for the car to be collected, and Malcolm sent me a deposit in order for me to remove the advert. On the day of collection I received a call confirming when they would be here, they arrived on time and everything went completely smoothly. They didn't take the keys until the money was deposited in my account.10 out of 10 service from start to finish, would highly recommend pine lodge cars!

Excellent Service
Sold a car to this company and dealt with a gentleman called Mal. Very clear, comprehensive and accurate dealings with him and no issues with them collecting the car or paying the agreed price for the car. Would happily recommend Mal and this company.

Main dealers should take a closer look at what these guys are doing!! I had amazing service from start to finish with them. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Nick and Malcolm and they are both top guys, especially Malcolm if you want to talk anything rallying or Group B cars :)I Had a few little issues and I have to say they have been great. I will certainly be using it in the future. Keep up the good work and show the rest of them how it should be done.
