I travelled from Kent to by my car from Pine Lodge and it was worth the trip. The whole experience was very professional and laid back. They picked me up from the station and had the car ready for a test drive. They put trade plates in and left me to it.

They offer extended warranty's but there was no hard sell and I didn't have to make an on-the-spit decision even if I wanted it.

All the staff were professional and friendly both with me and other customers I saw them deal with.

It's always a bit unnerving when buying a used car but I was totally reassured I was buying with a firm who works hard to maintain their excellent reputation.

Excellent result selling my Jaguar XF to Pine Lodge Cars. Josh contacted me through my Autotrader advert and explained how Pine Lodge cars operate, suggested a couple of options and offered me a price, told me to take my time to consider the offer. There was no pressure to sell, friendly and honest throughout. I accepted the offer which was very good. The car was picked up 6 days later checked my identity and all was as per the advert, monies and documents transferred and driven away within 15 minutes.
