From my experiences I would recommend this dealership. Firstly staff over the phone were helpful in checking availability of the car and arranging a viewing appointment.

All the staff seemed like very approachable nice people. Tom was the one who mainly dealt with my enquires and appointments. I was given plenty of time to have a look at the car, inspect and get comfortable with it. Test drive it on my own which was nice. He was there to answer any questions I had and help me out with any part of the sale. Nothing felt rushed or pressured with these guys, just seemed very honest and genuine.

They provided all the records, details of the car I wanted and expected. Whole process of buying the car was very smooth and hassle free.

I couldn't really pick out a negative with this dealership and the car I bought from them doesn't seem to hold any untold secrets. So overall great experience with them

Pine Lodge Motors contacted us after our vehicle was listed for sale on Auto Trader. Malcolm explained and helped us understand what the process would be if we were to sell the vehicle to them. A price was agreed in writing and deposit was paid. Full payment was transferred at the time the vehicle was collected. The whole process went smoothly and exactly as Malcolm had explained up front. I found them to be very helpful nothing was to much trouble a good selection of used cars to choose from all to a high standard. They took the stress out of buying a used car making the purchase a pleasurable experience .
