Amazing staff as always won't buy from anywhere else

I travelled from Kent to by my car from Pine Lodge and it was worth the trip. The whole experience was very professional and laid back. They picked me up from the station and had the car ready for a test drive. They put trade plates in and left me to it.

They offer extended warranty's but there was no hard sell and I didn't have to make an on-the-spot decision even if I wanted it.

All the staff were professional and friendly both with me and other customers I saw them deal with.

It's always a bit unnerving when buying a used car but I was totally reassured I was buying with a firm who works hard to maintain their excellent reputation.

Very easy to deal with. Able to have a solo test drive for as long as I wanted. All points agreed at time of paying deposit were down; rear washer, alloys refurbed and a thorough valet. Car ready for collection as agreed.

I've purchased a few Cars from Pinelodge over the years & the experience has been great from start to finish. Tom looked after me this time. He was very professional with a No Pressure Sales approach. They was a small issue with the Car after I had purchased it however he addressed the issue in a swift & professional helpful manner !!!

I had the best car buying experience at Pine Lodge. After loosing faith in cars and dealerships I came to Pine Lodge following a family recommendation. I test drove a couple of cars and nothing was too much trouble. I worked with Nick to find my dream car and safe to say I had a year driving me new dream car away. Nick went above and beyond to help me in any way he could. All the lads are friendly and down to earth and put you first. I will never look else where for a car and I will only ever recommend Pine Lodge to anyone looking for a car! I can't thank Nick and the team at Pine Lodge enough for what they did for me! 5 star service and great prices.
Great service from the whole team. Car presented well and allowed to test drive to my satisfaction. After deciding to buy the process was well done and smoothly executed. The car was also delivered a short distance to my home by a driver saving me the trouble of arranging insurance. Would recommend to anyone.
