I can't thank Josh and the team enough for their kindness and professionalism.

After hitting a pothole and puncturing my tyre, I was left stranded. They kindly let me park at their showroom all morning while I waited for a mobile tyre fitter. Josh even helped me try to repair the tyre and gave great advice when the foam method didn't work.

I wasn't there to buy a car, yet I was treated with genuine care, dignity, and respect. I run a small business myself and always tell my team that repeat business comes from genuinely caring about people. These chaps truly care — not just about selling cars.

The owner is very lucky to have Josh on the team. He's a real credit to the business. It's easy to see why they have so many five-star reviews.

Genuinely can't fault Pine Lodge Cars, their attention to detail, respect and professionalism is second to none, I went to view a car that I saw online advertised, when seeing it I wasn't convinced it was for me, after speaking to the team they pulled it out the bag and showed me another vehicle, and fell in love with it instantly. Since then the level of respect and dedication to help me get the car and back behind the driving seat, it's been a long road personally, loosing family and loosing trust in process of buying a car has gone and I am genuinely so grateful for the patience, trust and help from Nick and the team at Pine Lodge Cars.

Honestly the easiest purchase ever. Had a car to part ex and it was so easy simple and well explained. Buying cars for most can be hard if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. I bought a 2020 VW Tiguan Allspace from Nick and the team at Pine Lodge and they were excellent. I respect and appreciate their no nonsense, no pressure approach. The car has been perfect, except for one very minor issue I hadn't noticed with the car until a few days later. The passenger side window button wasn't lit and wasn't working. It worked from the driver side, but not passenger side. I brought this up with Nick and as it wasn't a major issue, and they were very busy, it was eventually fixed slightly before their 30 day warranty window. Even if it hadn't been, I was assured that as I had brought it up within the 30 days warranty window, they would still fix it for me if it went past the 30 days. This didn't end up happening but I am sure they would've kept to this. I fully recommend them as an honest, trustworthy, no pressure garage with quality cars at reasonable prices.
