My partner and I had been stung by a PCP deal on a small car whereby the final balloon payment was higher than the book price, despite having 10k less miles than the set limit.

The team at Pine Lodge were extremely proactive in finding us a replacement vehicle, that we were able to finance over 4 years at reasonable rate. The whole process was absolutely flawless. The Ferguson brothers and the rest of their team even went out of their way to prep my old vehicle prior to hand back (as part of PCP agreement.) This is way beyond the scope of what we agreed and something you wouldn't even expect from an established main dealer.

We have been put ease every step of way, all of the relevant paperwork is sorted in a timely manner and Lee & Dan are responsive - genuinely nice people to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend Pine Lodge Cars and will be visiting again soon when I come to replace my current vehicles.
