Proper old fashioned customer service which is rare these days! Nothing was to much trouble and everything was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Made me feel welcome and I drove away with a car I love! A breath of fresh air to deal with, would definitely recommend to anyone! These guys are better than some of the mainstream dealers and they could learn a lot from them!

Absolutely fantastic and friendly guys down at pine lodge. Popped in late on the Saturday afternoon as they were shutting up shop. The guy couldn't be more friendly and helpful considering it was well after 5pm. Came back the next day, took a test drive and picked up our spanking gorgeous new car the following week, serviced, MOTed and absolutely spotlessly clean. Got a real good part ex and all documentation was with us within 7 days (they must actually own the DVLA to get anything done that quickly)

Its got to be a five star review for Pine Lodge Cars! What a refreshing car buying experience. Lee was excellent throughout the whole process in helping me purchase a car that was right for my expecting wife.
Very impressed with the car and the level of customer service offered by Lee - the car was provided with a full MOT and service and he even picked me up from the local train station when I came to collect.
I would not hesitate to use Pine Lodge Cars again to purchase another car. Top garage and top service...what more could you ask for. Thanks Lee

Pine Lodge Cars, Market Drayton. 5 Stars (out of 5 obviously)

On 27 Mar. 18 we had the pleasure of dealing with Pine Lodge Cars, Market Drayton. We arrived at a stress free part ex deal really quickly. The car that we wanted to view was moved from their Whitchurch showroom to their Market Drayton showroom to shorten our round trip mileage.

We dealt with a chap called Lee Ferguson , a gentleman, very understanding and he sorted our road tax while we were in the office and the number plate transfer. Lee was very helpful and considerate throughout the whole transaction. The car that we purchased drives beautifully and was already prepared to drive away. We completed the purchase, transferred the payment for the new car and drove it home, 10/10 for convenience.

We would deal with Pine Lodge again and we thoroughly recommend them if you are looking to buy a car.

We have never before written a review for a car dealer, so we were impressed.
