Brilliant Service – Friendly, Professional, and Customer-Focused

I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Pine Lodge Cars. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming — no pushy sales tactics, just genuine, honest service. A special mention has to go to Nick, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Nick was professional, easy-going, and incredibly knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand what I needed and made the whole process completely stress-free. His communication was spot on, and he made sure everything was clear and transparent from start to finish.

What impressed me most was how customer-centred the whole experience felt. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was never rushed or pressured — just guided with confidence and care.

Had been looking for a car with a bigger boot and found a Nissan X-trail - left a message on 22nd June and received a call back first thing on 23rd June and arranged a deposit to reserve and an appointment to view on 28th June and the car removed from the sale site. Viewed it and took it for a test drive on 28th and decided to buy. Nick sorted a finance application which was pre-approved with a link sent to verify my ID. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo licence and my paper licence wasn't acceptable - contacted Pine Lodge to explain and they asked me to send a photo of my licence and passport explaining they would contact the finance to verify my ID but they were closed until 30th June, so I decided to sort the finance elsewhere - I had a vehicle to sell and had put it in with another company so unable to then part-ex with Pine Lodge. That sale fell through and I contacted Nick to let him know and he immediately gave me an offer, which I accepted. Returned yesterday, 5th July to finalise the sale and Nick sorted the cancellation of the tax on my old car, sorted the tax for my new car and finalised all the paperwork in no time at all! I would highly recommend Pine Lodge to anyone wanting to buy a used car - they are very patient and even offer you a brew whilst you're waiting! On each of our visits there were at least 3 people who were repeat customers - one has bought 7 vehicles over the years for the family so that speaks volumes! A very pleasing experience from start to finish and a lovely car - MOTd and fully serviced and valeted! Thank you Nick for your patience and support throughout

From the moment I arrived at Pine Lodge Cars, to to moment I drove away in my new car, the service was fantastic. Josh was very knowledgeable, honest and very friendly from the get go, he helped me finally purchase my dream car! After years of using the same dealership for my previous cars, it was a big deal for me to enquire somewhere else, but now my custom will continue to go to Pine Lodge and I will recommend others to do so as well! Highly recommended!

No pressure but really helpful

Bought my car 8 months ago and phoned today for advice on a warning light. Asked to bring over Nick could look at it. Explanation given for the light which I was more than satisfied with. Nick asked for me to take a seat and took the car to their garage to top up the oil even though I had bought some. Excellent customer service and after sales. And thanks Josh for the chat!
